This custom cotton cause is in support of Annie Louise Morey and family. Annie, the sweetest 5 month old baby girl, recently underwent open heart surgery. The logo seen on the "Hope for Annie" apparel below was created by a family friend with the 3 upward arrows representing the 3rd copy of Annie's 21st chromosome.
